2. Research Facility and Privacy Notice

IMPORTANT: NO EXPECTATION OF PRIVACY

  • • Comprehensive Monitoring: PLOT Innovation Hub is a research facility equipped with extensive sensor networks, cameras, microphones, and AI monitoring systems operating 24/7.
  • • No Privacy Expectation: By entering or using our facilities, you acknowledge and agree that you have NO EXPECTATION OF PRIVACY whatsoever.
  • • Continuous Recording: All activities, conversations, movements, and interactions may be recorded, monitored, analyzed, and stored for research purposes.
  • • Data Collection: We collect biometric data, behavioral patterns, environmental interactions, and all other measurable data points.
  • • Research Use: All collected data may be used for research, analysis, publication, and commercial development without additional consent.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on PLOT Innovation Hub's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • • Modify or copy the materials
  • • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
  • • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

4. Disclaimer and Liability Limitations

  • • Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless PLOT Innovation Hub from any claims or damages.

5. Data Collection and Research Use

  • • Broad Data Collection: We collect all available data including but not limited to audio, video, biometric, environmental, behavioral, and interaction data.
  • • Unrestricted Use: Collected data may be used for any research, commercial, or publication purposes without limitation.
  • • Data Retention: Data may be retained indefinitely for research purposes.
  • • Third-Party Sharing: Data may be shared with research partners, institutions, and commercial entities.
  • • No Data Deletion: Users cannot request deletion of research data once collected.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services for:

  • • Any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform illegal acts
  • • Violating any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations or laws
  • • Harassing, abusing, insulting, harming, defaming, slandering, disparaging, intimidating, or discriminating

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • • Ownership: All content, technologies, and innovations developed at PLOT Innovation Hub are proprietary and owned by PLOT Innovation Hub.
  • • Research Contributions: Any ideas, suggestions, or contributions made by users become property of PLOT Innovation Hub.
  • • Patent Rights: PLOT Innovation Hub retains all patent, trademark, and intellectual property rights.
  • • No User Rights: Users gain no ownership or intellectual property rights through participation.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, but all data collection and research use rights remain in effect.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Kansas.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
